The
people of Cambodia have suffered much over the past few
decades in the midst
of turmoil. war. and poverty. As a result, Cambodians
are searching for hope and are resposive to the gospel
message. The number of Christians in Cambodia is less
than one percent.
World Team in Cambodia
World Team has been in Cambodia since 1996. The team
now has eight families living and ministering in the
capital city of Phnom Penh. Eventually, the team members
will move out into the rural areas in smaller teams
to do church planting and development work. Through
practical works of service and the teaching of the
gospel, the team will work together to plant reproducing
churches in Cambodia.

call on the one they have not believed in? And how
can the
believe in the one of whom thay
have not heard? And how can they hear without someone
preaching to them?"
